Job Description
OPO Health is seeking a Physical Therapy (PT) provider to provide in-home physical therapy services to patients in a Caseload based on their preferred location. OPO Health is a community-driven provider focused on creating a better experience through home health. They operate in over 15 counties with local ownership and management.
Requirements
- Active and unencumbered California Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Valid California driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Minimum of one (1+) year of relevant experience
- Current CPR certification
- Work on a flexible schedule
