Optasia is seeking a Sales Manager to support commercial efforts across new territories, implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and market expansion goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and Business Development roles
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the financial technology or telecommunications sector.
- Fluency in French is a plus but not required
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the region’s market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Demonstrated track record in deal closure within Fintech, Telecom or VAS sector.
