The successful candidate will focus on talent sourcing, candidate identification, networking, and relationship building with potential candidates.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
• Strong experience recruiting for industrial, manufacturing, and logistics environments
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and deliver quality talent
• Successful track record of achieving time to fill goals with a high probability of retention
