Job Description
An Infusion Nurse II coordinates and provides intermediate direct patient care to patients in the home or alternate infusion suite, ensuring patient safety and continuity of care under a physician's plan of care. Works under structured supervision of the designated supervisor.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification required.
