Requirements
- Solid foundation in Windows OS, Active Directory, AV equipment management, and troubleshooting IT issues.
- Proficient with SCCM, Intune, Zoom, RDP, and other user and collaboration technologies.
- Operational expertise in VMWare, backup solutions, datastore management, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Experience managing user access, SOE image creation/installation, and familiarity with SCCM.
