OpusClip is looking for an HR Operations Generalist to own the execution and integrity of the employee lifecycle, from pre-onboarding through offboarding, in a fast scaling environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience in HR Operations/Generalist roles
- Experience supporting or owning payroll processes required
- Strong data & analytical skills (Excel/Sheets) with the ability to audit, analyze, and report on HR data
- Experience working with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Rippling, Workday) with a strong systems mindset and comfort owning HRIS and improving workflows
- Experience working in a tech startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations in US (Canada is nice to have)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
