Principal Advanced Services Engineer, CSS Tech Delivery, Database

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated engineer to work on customer premises in the Berlin area as our Database Infrastructure Specialist. As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

• Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means
• Provide technical advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues
• Work with limited guidance from management to solve complex customer issues
