Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 5 years Healthcare IT or Life Sciences work experience
- At least 3 years of people or matrix management experience and customer service work experience
- At least 2 years of customer service work experience
- Fluent English skills
