Job Description
Product Support Manager role to drive success as part of the International Support team at Oracle Health, managing team responsible for solution-related service request investigation, incident resolution, and application maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 5 years Healthcare IT or Life Sciences work experience
- At least 3 year of people or matrix management experience and customer service work experience
- At least 2 year of customer service work experience
- Fluent English skills
