Job Description
Manage and oversee the personnel, policies, and procedures within the commercial division, overseeing all activities related to commercial real estate valuation for ad valorem tax purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a Property Appraiser's office or equivalent commercial appraisal experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- State-Certified General Appraiser license preferred
- Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), IAAO Certified Assessment Evaluator (CAE), Assessment Administration Specialist (AAS), or Residential Evaluation Specialist (RES) certifications preferred
- Certified Florida Evaluator (CFE) by the DOR
