Role Overview

Lead the integration and optimization of HR IT solutions, collaborating with global HR functions and IT teams to deliver unified and efficient solutions. Oversee the integration and optimization of reporting and learning tools, and facilitate cross-regional partnerships between HR functions and IT teams.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both French and English
• Over 7 years of hands-on experience in diverse HR domains
• Master's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in HR or IT project management
• Strong project and team management skills
• Deep understanding of data analytics and reporting processes within HR
• Expertise in leveraging modern HR technology platforms and tools
