Channel Manager

OraSure Technologies Inc. is a global community empowering health and wellness through innovative tools and diagnostics. The Channel Manager role is responsible for expanding and managing the company's international distributor network outside of North America, identifying strategic markets, and driving performance through ongoing support and accountability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in international sales, channel management, or business development within the Life Sciences or medical device industry
• Proven success in identifying and managing distributor relationships across diverse geographies
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with international contracting
• Exceptional communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, and Product teams
