The Dean of Nursing & Allied Health is responsible for managing operations, including personnel, budgetary, and curriculum review, to ensure compliance with accreditation and OSBN requirements. The Dean sets goals, direction, and vision for the Nursing & Allied Health programs, providing leadership and collaborating with other Deans at the College.
Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years of nursing experience, with three years in a nurse educator or administrative position
- Current unencumbered Oregon R.N. License
- Post-master's degree in education or Doctoral degree in Nursing or in Education (optional)
- Recent clinical experience (optional)
- Experience in Associate Degree Nursing Program (optional)
- Bilingual – Spanish (optional)

- Ability to work independently and supervise others
