ICS Regional Sales Manager will grow and manage customers in the ICS Diamond Tools & Equipment Dealer/Distributor/Professional Market Segments in Eastern Canada. The primary responsibility is to drive customer demand and maximize product utilization of ICS Diamond Tools and Equipment effectively and efficiently through demonstrations, training, promotions, service, technical support, local open houses, and trade shows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or GED equivalent, BS/BA in Business or Marketing preferred
- French language proficiency preferred
- 5-10 years of experience that includes a balance of the following:
- Contractor field sales
- Construction supply sales
- Construction supply management
- Manufacturing sales within the construction industry
- Mechanical aptitude and operational confidence to service mechanized equipment
- Superior construction market knowledge and comprehension
- Manipulate and demonstrate products effectively and comfortably in audience settings both on/off location
- Self-motivated and effective working in an unsupervised environment
- Proficient in planning, time management, scheduling, and organizing start and finish tasks within targeted deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication using technical and non-technical terms
- Comfortable with a variety of concepts and complexities; develop new and creative ideas and bring value to brainstorming settings
- Manage expenses and ensure return on investment
- Demonstrate personal integrity, professionalism and ethical standards in transactions, personal connections and reporting, act as caretaker and protector of company property
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
