Job Description
This part-time position provides support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities within programs. Responsibilities include engaging with individuals, implementing group activities, supervising transportation, and fostering positive relationships. Candidates should be passionate about working with adults with disabilities and possess strong communication and empathy skills.
Requirements
- Working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- HS diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Willingness to take public transportation
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the job
