Job Description
The Bilingual Personal Lines Damage Insurance Broker - Sales & Service will connect with customers and prospects, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance to recommend the right insurance solutions. The role will foster lasting relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales by offering tailored insurance products to meet each client’s unique needs.
Requirements
- A valid AMF license is required.
- RIBO license is preferred or the ability to obtain it within one year.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in personal lines, automobile, and property insurance.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients at all levels.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills to handle competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Broker Management System(s), and Company portals.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
