Job Description
As a Customer Service Broker, you will assist clients with product and service information, resolve client complaints, and assess risks for automobile and property policies. You will also be responsible for directing or responding to telephone inquiries and written requests, resolving product and service problems, and attracting potential clients.
Requirements
- RIBO licence
- A minimum of one year's experience in personal lines automobile and property insurance
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior time management, project management and organizational skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Bilingualism is an asset
