Otterbein is a not-for-profit, faith-based ministry seeking a Hospice CNA/STNA to assist in the growth of their Hospice ministry. The role involves providing personal care, ensuring patient rights, and participating in hospice interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements

• Provide personal care
• Ensure patient rights with respect and dignity
• Maintain a positive, professional manner
• Keep a record of hospice STNA plan of care
• Observe, record, and report patient symptoms and status
• Attend required in-services and meetings
• Participate in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement activities
