Job Description
Otterbein Hospice is seeking a Hospice CNA/STNA to provide personalized care to patients and their families in the greater Tipp City and Dayton Ohio area. The role involves assisting with daily living tasks, maintaining patient records, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Requirements
- CNA/State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- 1 year of direct patient care experience in an institutional or home care setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to read or write at an adequate level
- Understanding of Hospice philosophy and needs of terminally ill
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team setting
