Licensed Practical Nurses LPN - Home Health

Otterbein is a not-for-profit, faith-based ministry seeking a Home Health LPN to assist in the growth of our Home Health ministry. This position travels locally throughout the greater Lebanon Ohio area providing patient services in a Home Health care setting.

Requirements

• Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• CPR
• A minimum of 2 years' direct patient care experience in hospice or home care
• Licensed driver with automobile in good working conditions and automobile insurance in accordance with Ohio laws
• Clean driving record for insurability purposes
