Licensed Practical Nurses LPN - Home Health

Otterbein is seeking a Home Health LPN to provide patient services in a Home Health care setting. The position requires a valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, a minimum of 2 years’ direct patient care experience in hospice or home care, and a clean driving record.

Requirements

• Graduate of approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• CPR certification
• A minimum of 2 years’ direct patient care experience in hospice or home care
• Licensure to drive in Ohio and a clean driving record
