Licensed Practical Nurses LPN - Home Health

Otterbein is seeking a Home Health LPN to assist in the growth of our Home Health ministry, providing patient services in a Home Health care setting and serving the elderly, complimenting already strong independent senior services, outpatient capabilities and clinical facilities at Otterbein.

Requirements

• Graduate of approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• CPR
• Minimum of 2 years' direct patient care experience in hospice or home care
