Licensed Practical Nurses LPN - Home Health

Otterbein is a not-for-profit, faith-based ministry that is a national leader and innovator in retirement living communities and long-term care. The company is seeking a Home Health LPN to assist in the growth of its Home Health ministry. The LPN will provide patient services in a Home Health care setting, traveling locally throughout the greater Lebanon Ohio area.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• CPR certification
• Minimum 2 years' direct patient care experience in hospice or home care
