Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Tech is to assist in all phases of maintenance and grounds keeping tasks throughout the Otterbein Neighborhood, including general repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- General maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry experience, mechanical experience on H.V.A.C., mowers, and vehicles
