Business Development Manager-BA Americas

We're seeking a Business Development Manager-BA Americas to identify, develop, and execute new growth opportunities aligned with Outokumpu's EVOLVE strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
• 5 years minimum in business development, technical sales, or commercial strategy in stainless steel, specialty metals, or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience owning account plans and engaging customers at technical, operational, and executive levels to align solutions with customer strategy.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with pricing strategies, margin management, and ROI analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating effectively with technical, new product development, operations, finance, and supply chain teams.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
