Renewals Specialist

The Renewals Specialist is responsible for the transactional details of renewing current customers, tracking and processing renewals, and driving customer renewal strategies.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience developing processes and programs to optimize customer experience or influence renewals
• Highly organized self-starter with ability to work independently
• Experience managing forecasts and metrics
• Experience with CRM, Project Management, and Success tools
• Intermediate skills in data analysis tools
