The Renewals Specialist is responsible for the transactional details of renewing current customers, tracking and processing renewals, and driving customer renewal strategies.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience developing processes and programs to optimize customer experience or influence renewals
- Highly organized self-starter with ability to work independently
- Experience managing forecasts and metrics
- Experience with CRM, Project Management, and Success tools
- Intermediate skills in data analysis tools
