As a Sales Development Representative at Outreach, you will manage outbound campaigns, qualify buying interest, and identify decision makers to position the Outreach value proposition. The role reports directly to the Sales Development Director and provides 1:1 coaching and enablement.

- Have a passion for sales and sales processes
- Feel confident using programs like Salesforce and LinkedIn
- Have had to learn new programs before and have a knack for picking them up quickly
- Demonstrate empathy for customers' struggles and obstacles
- Resilient and understanding in the face of objections and rejection
