Job Description
Customer Acceptance Manager will define and implement customer acceptance test strategies, coordinate execution with customers and delivery teams, and analyze results to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Automotive —or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role, demonstrating effective project ownership, customer-centric support, and technical engagement.
- Data analysis skills, especially related to object tracking
- Scripting skills in Python
- Solid IT and networking fundamentals
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering a high-quality support experience.
- Clear communicator with the ability to simplify and explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
