Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Customer Delivery Manager to ensure the successful delivery of Outsight's Spatial Intelligence solutions to clients, maintaining high service quality and guaranteeing 100% adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role involves driving multiphase software and hardware customer implementations, steering financial aspects of the project, and facilitating standard project management methodology for all implementations.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Engineering or Business)
- 5 to 7+ years of experience
- 5+ years in a client-facing delivery role
- 3-5+ years of Project management with multi disciplinary teams
- Project management certification such as PMP, Prince2 (Good to have but not mandatory)
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work with minimal support
