Job Description
As a Senior Customer Delivery Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of Outsight's Spatial Intelligence solutions to clients, maintaining high service quality and guaranteeing 100% adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Engineering or Business)
- 5 to 7+ years of experience, ideally with 2+ years in a Technical role
- 5+ years in a client-facing delivery role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or deep-tech environment
- 3-5+ years of Project management with multi-disciplinary teams
- Native Spanish speaker
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once and work under pressure
