Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolving issues and processing orders. This role involves using hand tools and fork trucks, and providing information about order status, credit, and potential backorders. It also involves warehouse activities like unloading and loading.
Requirements
- Answer and screen customer calls
- Resolve calls and order inquiries
- Complete order entry (sales/supply plants)
- Notify customers of order issues
- Process paperwork for the sales center
- Navigate delivery duties
- Assist with inventory controls
- Unload and load vehicles
