Job description
The Plant Engineering Lead provides process and technical expertise to drive operational stability improvements and productivity in manufacturing. They champion data-driven problem-solving and monitoring methods to resolve and prevent losses in operations, partnering with process and product development to industrialize solutions across the manufacturing network.
The role involves leading new product qualification and network optimization work, conducting research and trials to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing, and troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, with experience in driving products and process improvement. They will be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, possess mechanical and electrical systems knowledge, and have strong decision-making skills.
