Job Description
Service Desk Analyst role at TA Services provides technical support across a multi-platform environment, manages service desk tickets, administers user accounts, and coordinates IT asset inventory and procurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or related roles
- Experience with hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Familiarity with service desk tools, incident tracking systems, and remote support tools
- Strong customer service orientation with a team-first mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
