Pacific Capital Resource Group, Inc. (PCRG) is seeking an Associate Vice President to aid in the recruitment, development, and mentoring of emerging advisors. The ideal candidate has produced or desires producing in a team/joint work environment and has earned advanced industry designations.
Requirements
- Has produced or desires producing in a team/joint work environment
- Has earned advanced industry designations – CLU, ChFC, CFP.
- Life/ Health, Series 7 and Series 66
- At least two years experience
- Proven track record of production, ideally at conference level
