Pacific Life is seeking an AVP of Compensation Program Design and Delivery to lead the strategic design, implementation, governance, and delivery of innovative compensation programs. The role requires a dynamic and strategic leader with 10+ years of experience in compensation program design and delivery, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Requirements
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of global base and broad-based variable compensation programs
- Collaborate with senior leadership, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and provide strategic compensation solutions
- Develop and communicate global compensation philosophies, policies, and guidelines
- Oversee the annual compensation review cycle
- Develop processes and conduct annual market benchmarking, job evaluations, and competitive analysis
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics and best practices
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure all compensation programs comply with applicable laws and governance standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of compensation professionals
