Job Description
Join the Seacliff Inn team as a Guest Service Representative. Provide personalized service to hotel guests, handle guest arrivals and departures, and maintain a positive and courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
- Greet arriving guests and complete established check-in procedures
- Facilitate guest departures on a daily basis
- Regularly calculate and/or post monies, receipts, guest accounts and other forms of credit
- Courteously answer inquiries and accept reservations
- Maintain good guest relations by keeping abreast of all in-house and area functions
- Operate the PBX equipment
- Control cash and credit transactions at the front desk
- Process all guest mail, messages and faxes
- Contribute to and maintain established information and communication sources
- Provide assistance to other team members and departments
