Oceanpoint Ranch is looking for a Guest Service Representative to join the team, providing personalized service to hotel guests and exceeding expectations on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
- Greet arriving guests and complete established check-in procedures
- Facilitate guest departures and close guest accounts
- Regularly calculate and/or post monies, receipts, guest accounts and other forms of credit
- Courteously answer inquiries and accept reservations
- Maintain good guest relations and keep abreast of in-house and area functions
- Operate PBX equipment and control cash and credit transactions
- Process guest mail, messages and faxes
- Contribute to and maintain established information and communication sources
- Provide assistance to other team members and departments
