Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function of our Injection Moulding (IMM) plant at our Moorabbin site, ensuring maximum equipment reliability, plant uptime, and asset life extension. The successful candidate will drive Lean maintenance systems, strong maintenance practices, and advanced mechatronics automation integration to support world-class manufacturing performance.
Requirements
- 7â10 years in manufacturing maintenance leadership
- A formal qualification in a Supply Chain or Manufacturing related discipline
- Trade qualification (Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics)
- Engineering qualification (preferred)
- Lean / TPM certification (advantage)
