Job Description
At Pact Packaging â Steel Division, we're looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance function and drive a world-class approach to preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance. This is a critical role in reducing unplanned downtime, improving equipment reliability, and supporting safe, high-performing manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a maintenance leadership environment
- Qualification in Engineering with broad technical experience and extensive exposure at a senior level
- Proven technical maintenance experience within FMCG or complex manufacturing operations
