Job Description
At #paid, we're on a mission to empower creators to do what they love—create. We're looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to help take our Commercial team to the next level. This is a builder's role, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, lean environments and loves turning big ideas into scalable programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or a similar role
- Proven success in building enablement programs from scratch
- Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and the full buyer's journey
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Analytical and impact-driven mindset
- Commercial mindset that understands how to enable sales teams to hit revenue targets and improve performance
- Highly collaborative, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a high-growth environment
