Head of Sales (full time)

Paidiem's secure, cloud-based platform enhances or replaces businesses' current processes, providing instant payments and workforce payroll funding. The Sales Leader will build and deliver on a sales strategy, build and lead a team, and win business and retain customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with experiences in start-up environments and/or in the financial industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and nurturing a high functioning sales team.
• Ability to quickly adopt and learn sales processes, from prospecting to giving demos and closing deals.
