Deployment Strategist (AI/ML Product)

Pallet is building AI Agents to transform logistics and is looking for a Deployment Strategist to own customer deployments end-to-end, from discovery and workflow design through execution, go-live, and long-term success.

Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing roles
• Strong technical acumen
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, high-stakes projects
