Platform Engineer, Security (Senior/Staff)

Pallet is building AI Agents to transform logistics. We're looking for a Platform Engineer, Security (Senior/Staff) to help define the foundations of AI-powered logistics infrastructure. This is a coding-heavy role that requires strong software engineering fundamentals, experience building systems, and a comfort working in fast-moving environments.

Requirements

• 6+ years in backend or platform engineering
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience building systems, abstractions, or internal tools with real leverage
• Ability to own projects end-to-end from design to rollout
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Clear, pragmatic thinking around system design and tradeoffs
