Job Description
Provides outstanding guest service, resolves guest problems, and issues keys and processes payments. Assists in ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and inventory availability.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent education
- Two to three years of customer service or reception experience
- At least two years of front desk experience in a similar first-class hotel
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
- Ability to operate computerized front office system
