Senior Engineering Manager (Frontend experience)

PandaDoc is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the mobile app team and shape the vision for the mobile application architecture. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of engineering experience, including relevant experience in a management role, and a strong understanding of mobile platforms and cross-platform frameworks.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of engineering experience, including relevant experience in a management role
• Previously worked as a Software Engineer
• Proven experience owning and shaping complex application architecture, including mobile and web
• Hands-on background with React, React Native, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and cross-platform frameworks / performance characteristics
• Experience building infrastructure or libraries used by multiple teams
• Track record of improving developer experience (tooling, workflows, local dev environments)
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previously worked in a product organization
• Experienced in managing delivery processes
• A self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing business environment
• You are customer- and product-focused
