The role combines front-office and back-office responsibilities, requiring a hybrid profile with experience in customer service and a strong ability to communicate and problem-solve.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar customer service role in the energy sector (Spain or Italy)
- Spanish and Italian fluency (English will be a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and active listening
- Strong customer orientation and ability to effectively manage incidents and complaints
- Competence in computer tools and ease to learn new systems
- Knowledge of products, services, and customer service processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize efficiently
