Sous Chef

The Sous Chef at Paradise Valley Country Club is responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of various kitchen staff, including cooks, pantry cooks, dishwashers, and staff. This role involves supervising the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring quality and consistency, and overseeing all aspects of kitchen operation.
