We're looking for a passionate business developer with an entrepreneurial spirit to help define our partnership motion, shape our future product, and have a direct impact on the success of Parafin. As a foundational member of our partnerships team, you'll play a key role in driving awareness for Parafin and embedded fintech, identifying and prospecting platforms, and managing the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales preferable at a Fintech company, with a track record of top performance.
- Experience selling and building relationships with complex platforms and marketplaces while growing and managing a sales pipeline.
- A strong understanding of various business models and strategies in SaaS Platforms and Marketplaces.
- Ability to conduct consultative sales process and is comfortable with analyzing and presenting data
- Technically savvy, you know how to work with product and engineering teams to ensure a partner's technical needs are met.
