The Clinical Supervisor-LPN is responsible for supervising HCA's and ensuring the delivery of safe, quality, and ethical care in the community.
Requirements
- Current LPN registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a practicing Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse
- Comprehensive patient health assessment skills are required
- Proven experience leading and managing a team
- Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and practice guidelines is required
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teaching skills
- Commitment to professional development in clinical practice that is relevant to home health care
- Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
