Clinical Supervisor RPN/RN

Clinical Unregulated Care Provider Supervisor is accountable for the supervision of PSW's and HSW's who are caring and making a difference for clients within the community. The Clinical UCP Supervisor will have the expertise to assess, implement and evaluate a wide range of clinical care interventions to ensure the delivery of safe, quality, and ethical care.

Requirements

• Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and entitled to practice without restrictions
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a practicing Registered Practical Nurse
• Comprehensive patient health assessment skills are required
• Possess an understanding of the principles of community nursing practice
• Proven experience leading and managing a team
• Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and practice guidelines is required
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teaching skills
• Commitment to professional development in clinical practice that is relevant to home health care
• Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Able to provide a current, clear Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS)
• C.N.A. Certification as a Community Health Nurse (CCHN(C)) is considered an asset
